I welcome you to book this free video discovery call if you are a new client.

For this meeting, I encourage you to come in with questions you might have for me about my practice prior to starting your counselling journey, as well as a list of issues you’d like to explore.
If you aren’t clear on what those are, that’s okay. Come just as you are.

1.5 Hour Video Counselling Session $180

This is a private 1.5 hour-long video counselling session that is a space just for you. This session will be tailored to your unique needs and your unique life story. This session’s time of 90 minutes, I have found, is the more appropriate time for a counselling session.

We will embark on this exploration together, side by side. Come just as you are.

1 Hour Video Counselling Session $140

This is a private 1 hour-long video counselling session that is a space just for you. This session will be tailored to your unique needs and your unique life story. I recommend this session for those who cannot commit to the 1.5 hour session at this time.

We will embark on this exploration together, side by side. Come just as you are.

This is a private 1 hour long counselling session that is a space just for you, for those that prefer to meet in-person.

I will welcome you into my private office to explore together what’s going on for you. This is a standard session time with a therapist, and can be a great try out before you can commit to a 1.5 hour session.

1 Hour In-Person Counselling Session $170

This is a private 1.5 hour-long counselling session that is a space just for you, for those that prefer to meet in-person.

I will welcome you into my private office to explore what is going on for you, together. Come just as you are.

Sliding Scale Session, 1 or 1.5 Hour, Video Only

The sliding scale sessions are for those who would like to work with me, however at this time cannot afford the full session payments. Please contact directly to see if you qualify and to book.
